The dynamic sound of Charlotte, NC will be spilling out from the Neighborhood Theatre February 24th as saxophonist and songwriter Adrian Crutchfield is set to release his new album, 'LEAP' .

Adrian Crutchfield has taken the world by storm in recent years, not only as the last sax player to perform and record with Prince, touring the world and being featured on Prince’s last three albums, but also touring domestically and internationally with acts such as Lionel Ritchie, Bette Midler, and Cee Lo Green — all the while writing and building his 2017 release titled ‘Leap’.

Adrian is known around the world for his neo-soul sound – creating music in a variety of genres such as jazz, R&B, pop, funk, soul, hip hop, and fusion.

Adrian is a 2008 graduate of Florida State University (B.A. in Music with a concentration in jazz, contemporary media, and commercial music).

Although young, this saxophone aficionado is one of his generation’s most prolific and successful professional musicians.

The Queen's Guard feat. Blanche J
A community of artists seasoned in the Gospel, R&B and Funk scenes across the country, led by the inspiring and dynamic vocal stylings of Blanche J-this is The Queen's Guard. Playing together for years in various contexts, the members formally branded themselves as The Queen's Guard feat. Blanche J in early 2016 and debuted to a deafening, sold out audience at the Neighborhood Theatre in Charlotte, NC. While members of the community have played with influential artists such as Roy Ayers, The Foreign Exchange, George Clinton and Chantae Cann, the musical rhapsody of their debut propelled them to emerge beyond the local music scene; welcome to the Queen's court, we hope you enjoy yourselves.
The multi-talented singer, songwriter, producer and musician has graced the stage at some of the most well-known events and arenas in South Carolina to include: Rhythm On The River, the Eau Claire Unity Festival, the Jubilee Festival and most recently opening for Grammy award winning artist Corinne Bailey Rae at The Columbia Music Farm. She has self-released 3 singles: In love with the DJ, Super Hero & Good Day. Her latest project Under the influence, pays homage to artists who’ve inspired her unique sound today.
